The initial consultation aims to offer the holistic therapist a broad and in-depth view of the client's current state, considering physical, emotional, mental and energetic aspects. This first contact allows for an understanding of challenges, needs and potential paths to promote balance and well-being, creating personalized guidance for the therapeutic journey. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation Policy We are committed to providing the best possible experience in our services and appointments. To ensure transparency and organization, we have established the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellation in Advance: - Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can rearrange our schedule and offer the time to another interested person. Refund: - For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the client may choose to reschedule the session or request a partial refund of 80% of the amount paid. - For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund, but the client may reschedule the session only once within 30 days. No Show: A failure to show up without prior notice will be considered as a session held, with no right to refund or rescheduling. Special Cases: If there are any unforeseen circumstances, please contact us so we can evaluate the best solution. Our intention is to always provide fair and welcoming service.
