Service Cancellation Policy We are committed to providing the best possible experience in our services and appointments. To ensure transparency and organization, we have established the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellation in Advance: - Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can rearrange our schedule and offer the time to another interested person. Refund: - For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the client may choose to reschedule the session or request a partial refund of 80% of the amount paid. - For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund, but the client may reschedule the session only once within 30 days. No Show: A failure to show up without prior notice will be considered as a session held, with no right to refund or rescheduling.
